The plan is for Callaghan and the Hamadas to open up a repair shop, buuuut since Hiro and Robert will need time to build said business up, the idea of someone in this little trio having a guaranteed income would be very appealing.

So yes, Tadashi would totally like to stick with being the Hotel's greeter! He'd probably request part-time hours, but he'll be pretty flexible about when and willing to stick around pretty much whenever he's needed, at least while the repair shop's still fledgling.
