A dorm works! If he'd like as much privacy as possible Room 9 is a four-person with only one kedan in it currently; Room 10 is also four-person, but has two occupants. Or if you'd like him to have PC room-mates, Room 16 has Shay and Tonks, and Room 20 has Jackie; both are eight-person dorms and are over half-full so there's a good amount of people for Klaus to mother (including kedanese gang-members).
