Nine is a four-person dorm with a kedan and a PC, Tim, of the batpeople variety; Ten is another four-person dorm with two kedan. Twelve and Twenty-Two are both singles, both empty (but no windows).
As for repairwork, Anton doesn't have many tech people around anymore so his large electronics can probably use some maintenance (fridges, incinerator, washers and dryers). They all run on magic, but as a generator of electrical current; their mechanics are ordinary--though primitive compared to what Rey's familiar with.
