While I would love the potential disaster that would be her rooming with Obi-Wan and Anakin or Anakin's face discovering she's living in a dorm.... I think she'd prefer the single and she's a decent cook and willing to work to make her way on the turtle. She's been cleaning up Palpatine's messes for years by now. Why would she turn her nose up at cleaning up after others?
