I think he'll take Room Four. At least with one extra person, he'll still have some time to himself.
And, oh good! He'll be fine with answers alone and probably won't concern himself with it too much (since it's 'under control' and all that stuff).
He would sense Gilgamesh existing in the Hotel. Even if it belonged to a different Dante, Gilgamesh is still something he's well acquainted and familiar with (also probably because it's got a demonic essence to it since it's a Devil Arm).
