I lost my soul gem somewhere in the city. I wasn't mugged, so either our mysterious antagonist hired an extremely talented thief, or there was a hole in my pocket.

Wreath's. I first noticed it missing this morning. Raine thinks it's been gone since yesterday. I don't remember where I was; I just know the gem isn't here.

[Skulduggery gives Anton a list of places. Most of them are within the city, fortunately, but he did wander past the walls for a bit the day before. He should probably count himself lucky he didn't decide to go flying up to Asti's head, which would have given Anton several square miles of wilderness to search through.]
The morning of the 25th, an envelope tied with a red ribbon will be on the front desk of the Midnight Hotel with Anton’s name written on it in well practiced cursive.
